Ravenclaw/Slytherin Complex

Here's something I haven't talked about but makes me extremely frustrated (it may just be my fatal flaw (probably not but maybe)). Have you guessed it? No? It's having massive dreams (Ravenclaw), wanting to achieve these and be super successful (Slytherin), and being either too lazy or scared to do so (Ravenclaw again). PLEASE HELP! Any tips would be super great (anything on self-confidence, helping with fear of failure, productivity, making big dreams more possible, etc.). I know this was a short blogpost, but I was just wondering whether anyone else felt this way and/or could help me with it. Thanks!
